She teaches Jivamukti Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Meditation. Jivamukti Yoga method is a proprietary style of yoga created by David Life and Sharon Gannon. Jivamukti is a physical, ethical, and spiritual practice, combining a vigorous hatha yoga, vinyasa-based physical style with adherence to five central tenets: shastra (scripture), bhakti (devotion), ahimsā (nonviolence, non-harming), nāda (music), and dhyana (meditation). Animal rights, veganism, environmentalism,and social activism are also emphasized. Jivamukti Yoga has developed a reputation as the chosen yoga style of many celebrities.


“Trust in life and you will see” is Viola’s mantra inspired by Mooji. This mantra is about letting go of the control of our lives and trusting in a higher force. In Viola’s classes, she inspires her students with this life philosophy and helps them to create space on the mat for this conscious awareness.


She engages her students with their selves and helps them to connect mind and body by focusing on the important relationship between movement and breath. She also challenges her students both physically and anatomically, flowing into original sequences that are heartfeltly taught.



With over 10 years on the yoga mat and four years of teaching experience, Viola was first trained as a Vinyasa teacher and to further develop her teachings of Yoga, she completed the Jivamukti teacher training and a Yin-Yoga teacher training.

Today, she offers public, private and corporate yoga classes in London.

This workshop is perfect for yoga beginners and suitable for anyone looking to revisit the fundamentals of yoga. Through demonstration, playful exercises and virtual assists via Zoom, this workshop will allow you to create a strong foundation for your yoga practice in order to explore safely the many different styles of yoga.



We will focus on accurate alignment by breaking down in details fundamental yoga postures and we will learn to use the breath to connect them precisely to our movements. This will empower you to discover yoga with comfort and ease in order to establish a foundation on which your yoga practice can grow.
